We work in a variety of ways to suit your needs. Choose the option that suits your circumstances.
Classic Training Schedule
An individual programme tailored for you, which is administered in one to one training sessions with a personal trainer. It starts with an initial assessment including fitness tests, health tests, analysis of your lifestyle and goals. This is charged at £50 (which includes the time spent to produce the programme)
A programme is then produced along with a timescale of how long it will take to reach your goals. You then decide if you wish to go ahead with the programme, and whether you wish to have one weekly 1 hour session or 2 weekly ½ hour sessions. Any programme amendments you wish are taken into account at this stage.
You meet with the personal trainer on a weekly basis as agreed for the duration of the programme. The trainer will take you through the sessions, progressing and amending the programme as you go along in line with your progress.
Sessions are charged at £30 per hour/ £15 per half hour.
Please note that programmes are worked out based on a 1 hour session each week. If you choose to have 1 half hour session a week the programme length will be doubled.
What can you expect to pay?
An 8 week programme would cost £50 for the initial consultation and and £30 a week for 8 weeks, totalling £290
Personal Development and Advice
This is for you if you are happy with your training, but don’t know how to progress or fine-tune it.
This is a practical 1 hour session where you will receive expert advice on the areas you choose to work on. We will demonstrate and talk you through progression and how to achieve your goals. We will also offer you alternatives and new ideas for your workouts.
There is no assessment or programme with this option.
What can you expect to pay?
This package costs £50
If you like parts of options 1 and 2, but neither are quite right, this may be the one for you as it is a combination of options 1 and 2.
From option 1 you get the initial assessment including fitness tests, health tests, analysis of your lifestyle and goals, and the tailor made programme.
From option 2 you get the practical workshop to show you how to use your programme.
This combination will give you the personal programme and the know how to use it without the one to one training with the trainer every week. You will also get telephone support for the duration of the programme.
What can you expect to pay?
This package costs £150, any follow up sessions will be charged at a discount rate of £25 per hour.
Should you introduce a friend who subsequently takes up option 1 or 3, you will receive a free 1 hour training session
